The fountain appears to be made of many layers that represent all the different people who make up South Dakota’s past and present. 4th Street & Broadway Avenue This scenic golf course is located on a bluff overlooking the panoramic Lewis and Clark Lake in Northeast Nebraska. Opened in 1989, the 9-hole regulation public course offers 3149 yards of golf with a par 36. The course rating is a 35.5 with a slope rating of 115. The replica is patterned after the original Dakota Territorial Capitol built in Yankton in 1862 and torn down in 1886.
