New sculptures will be installed annually in May for the public to enjoy. Each year the public has the opportunity to vote for their favorite sculpture, the People’s Choice Award. 28 – Yankton, South Dakota Votes will be tabulated at the end of each year. The winner will be announced each May, at the sculpture artist celebration.
